Our shoulder capsules are filled with all types of physiological awesomeness that have a huge impact on our bodies’ ability to do what we want them to. Immobility in these capsules reduces performance and increases instability, which usually leaves us with acute or chronic issues.

Come join the rest of the active San Diego community at this Shoulders Rx workshop led by the expert movement doctors at Movement Rx. Together they’ll lead an interactive (and nearly pain-free) session on the whys and hows of fixing shoulder issues.
